High Lane is bordered by the villages of Marple to the north and Hazel Grove to the west, both within the Metropolitan Borough of Stockport, and Disley to the east in Cheshire. Since the village is in the foothills of the Pennines, on clear days it affords some excellent views of the city of Manchester and surrounding towns.

Hi
Can anyone confirm the rumour that Bradburys old store is now to become an undertakers? Undecided

And that we are to get a greengrocers in the little shop near Cowburns bakers on the A6?
I hope we do get a decent and reasonably priced greengrocers, proper fresh fruit and veg!
